The program is geared to students ages 8-10 years and utilizes Lego WeDo 2.0. Teams of 2-3 students will receive a mini-challenge weekly based on the Lego WeDo Education programs. Students spend approximately the 6 weeks exploring, investigating, designing, building, and coding these Lego WeDo kits built each week . Please visit https://education.lego.com/en-us for additiona  information.

This program will build on machine coding skills and building for competition. The students will also work alongside with teen mentors from the High School Walpole Revolution 1153 Team. This collaboration will greatly benefit the students showing them the many different aspects of the robotics field and how it is applied today and in future applications. The OPR program will be part of the larger robotics program here in Walpole and will be able to have the team name shared with High School program, the Junior Revolution.  Students must have already taken OPR Lego Robotics to enroll.
